The location of Le Safran Palace was perfect for exploring the major attractions of Istanbul. It was just a short walk to Aya Sofia and Sultan Ahmet, as well as the tram station. The staff, especially Mr. Fuat and Mr. Mhmt, were very friendly and always willing to assist with any requests or issues. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options and satisfied our needs. The room was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep, and had essential amenities like a fridge and kettle. Despite some minor issues like weak wifi and a small room size, overall I would recommend Le Safran Palace Hotel for its great location and helpful staff.

I chose Le Safran Palace Hotel specifically for its convenient location near the Basilica Cistern and Hagia Sophia. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the round-the-clock advice and assistance provided by the multilingual staff. The complimentary Wi-Fi access and concierge services were also greatly appreciated. , the hotel's restaurant, 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi throughout the property were among the fantastic facilities that enhanced my stay at Le Safran Palace.
